At the time, I met Tally, I had tried various diets and was about to give up and just eat. Tally and I go back almost 20 years and I have nothing but love and respect for her. So when she suggested that I take calcium/magnesium supplements for my bone and muscle loss from a knee injury, I did just that. Within a week I could really tell the difference. She also put together a health plan for me last year prior to my knee injury and to this day I wonder if I had followed her plan, I may not have injured my knee playing softball!! I just want to say how much the Pro G Yam cream as helped me. I was having numerous hot flashes each day. Out of the blue it seemed to be almost non-stop. I called Tally and she recommended the cream. I could not believe the difference it made in my life, so much that my husband noticed. On Wednesday, September 16, 2009, Melvin Green was trimming the hairs in his nose. At first, he was using a nose trimmer. He decided it was not doing the job. He took the scissors and cut the inside of his nose. He said it was gushing out at first. He managed to get the bleeding to slow down some.
